Very polite and easy-to-deal with staff.
They took my Levi's glasses that had an issue with a screw after a few months of buying it from them, fixed it, and returned it, in just couple of days. Clean nice packagine, no fees, and didn't even request the receipt for my purchase before taking it, just asked me for my number and said, "of course, we will fix it and get back to you" without checking on system like other retailers do.
That was my second glasses from you, and definetly not the last.
Service and quality are extraordinary.
