Payment and Refund Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

Happy Vison accepts payment by credit / debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Cash on Delivery (COD), and Installments.

REFUND POLICY 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condiditon of your item, we will process your retun or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Exceptions: the following items cannot be retuned or exchanged:

• Optical lenses
• Clear contact lenses that have been opened
• Colored contact lenses that have been opened 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Delivery time will take from 3 to 5 business days in Egypt. If a customer wishes to return an order, it will take within 5 business days for the amount to be transfered to the customer's bank account.
